How does Novilunar create my reading?
We begin by precisely reconstructing the sky at the date, time, and place of your birth. Our natural-language interpretation system then applies established astrological methods to connect your planets, signs, houses, and aspects into one clear, personal reading.
Unlike a general horoscope based only on your sun sign, your book considers your complete birth chart.
Do I need to know my exact birth time?
No—you can still order an Astrology Beginner Report without it. However, an accurate birth time gives you the fullest and most precise reading.
Your birth time determines your rising sign, houses, chart angles, and other time-sensitive details. If you do not know it, we clearly mark what could not be calculated rather than guessing.
How long will my report take?
Your Astrology Beginner Report is delivered by email on the same day you order it—usually within two hours.
If it has not arrived by the end of the day, contact us at info@novilunar.com and we will investigate immediately.
Is my birth data safe?
Yes. Your personal and birth information is encrypted and stored on a secure server only while we create and deliver your book.
Generated reports and their associated personal data are permanently deleted from our servers after two weeks.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right or refund your payment.
This includes inaccurate chart data, incorrect or incomplete information, technical problems, or late delivery. Because astrology involves personal interpretation, we cannot offer refunds solely because you disagree with or do not identify with part of your reading.
